Martha is a very experienced realtor and great at her job. She is very well spoken, a strong negotiator and does not get intimidated. Her eye for inspections and attention to detail is unmatchable. I was new to Texas, and asked her to find a place where a young, single, female could feel safe and secure. Based on one word-of-mouth recommendation, I asked Martha Olmos to represent me when looking for my first home in Austin, after living and renting here for over twenty years. When a house that looked like a good fit popped up on the market seemingly out of nowhere, Martha jumped on it without hesitation and lined up a walkthrough in no time at all. Her personal insight into the neighborhood, coupled with her research into the property, the seller, and even the seller’s Realtor was completely reassuring in Austin’s hyper-competitive market. Most importantly, when we found the home we wanted, Martha knew how to get the deal done. When we decided to make an offer on our house, the seller had received two competing offers the same morning. We had two hours to get our offer in, including proof of financing. Martha re-arranged her schedule and got it done for us! Then we faced a three-week closing date, which she coached us through, long distance, and got it done! In spite of all the pressure and stress of deadlines and a long-distance transaction, Martha was ALWAYS calm, focused, and clear in her communications with us. You have no idea what a valuable gift that is!

Even after closing, Martha has continued to respond instantly to emails, texts, and phone calls, and gone above and beyond to provide services and information that have made our home purchase and transition to a new city easy.
